This may be the best way to fully experience Yellowstone country in a short period of time. Ride horses through the wilderness. Enjoy a hot meals and camp in comfort under a blanket of stars. Two days of exploring both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks’ famous features with an expert naturalist guide.

Day 1:

• At 6 am get picked up by your guide for the day at your accommodation. Earlier or later departures are an option as well. Start the day by exploring north through Grand Teton National Park. Spend the bulk of the day experiencing the wonders of Yellowstone. Pull into wall tent camp at the south entrance of Yellowstone around 6 pm. Enjoy a western-style dinner cooked fireside while you relax. Retreat to the comfort of your cozy wall tent and fall asleep to the sounds of nighttime in the wilderness.

Day 2:

• Full-Day Option: Depart at 6 am and take a 2.5-3 hour, dawn wildlife tour (optional). The location of the camp puts you minutes away from some of the best wildlife and scenery of Grand Teton. Return to camp around 8:30 am. Grab a bite to eat then head off on horseback for a half-day ride into the Yellowstone backcountry. Upon return in early afternoon, lunch will be provided and you will embark through Grand Teton in route to your original Jackson area accommodation. A full day Grand Teton tour can be done in lieu of horse riding.

• Half-Day Option: There will be a prepared breakfast (6:30-7:30 am). Embark on a half-day tour of Grand Teton National Park or Embark or a half-day horse ride. Upon completion you will be delivered to the front door of your Jackson area accommodation.
